I would normally change my oil and filter every 10,000mls but as my car sits in storage every year for about 3 months and then does a very long European haul and then does minimal mls for months and then a long trip back, I just change it very year. As in a previous post, filters and oil are cheap. But that's just me. However it didn't stop my water pump from dying this year.££££

Personally I change the oil every 15k miles on our CDTs as per the schedule, but each to their own.

On my car the mileage is approaching 400k and nothing lubricated by the oil has ever been changed, so I think Rover got the schedule spot on for the diesels at least.

Change My oil and filter around 5/6000 miles. Going abroad on a trip of around 2000 miles, I change them again. Fuel filter around 2/3 years. Pcv around every air filter change, 2 years.Just changed gearbox oil at 4 years. Next is power steering fluid where I remove some of the old oil, and replace with new.Coolant changed every 3years.

My 75 (kv6) joined my fleet 7 months ago and so far I've changed the oil and filter once, 9500 miles after the previous change. Using a fully synthetic 10w40 oil, the next changes will be at an 13 000 miles interval.

My VW Golf get's a change every 20 000 miles.
Kia Sorento diesel every 8 000 (terrible car).
Peugeot 206: every 30 000 miles, because neither I nor the car care.
