Just back from walking the dogs, it’s blowing a gale here, thankfully none of the spikey conkers that were falling hit me or the dogs!

Rained on and off today.
Been editing the wedding photo’s for the happy couple. I’m preparing a wedding album for them as a present. And collected some hardcore plus broken tiles from my friend Debbie. She is having a lot of work done at her home. I have the holes from the where the pond was to fill in.

Morning all, rained on and off very heavy during the night, according to the local news this morning the Yorkshire Dales have been badly affected with flooding and a road bridge collapse. Still very cloudy here atm, looks like more rain to come.

Morning all, no rain here at the moment, it’s only a matter of time though as it’s gone very cloudy and dark.

Morning everyone.
Dry here at the moment. Following Allen up to the garage today, he is taking the Jazz in for a new exhaust. Bringing him back via Debbie’s. We’ll collect the Jazzy later on.

Morning all - OK - afternoon then
Our weather this morning can best be summed up by calling it an undercooked treacle sponge with thin watery custard .... .... warm, sticky and wet. Wifey got me to pull the bed out this morning and dust behind it - worra lorra dust - ended up using a shovel rather than a duster

Just done my good deed for the day. Heard a bang on the lounge window, went out to find a female goldfinch stunned on the path, flew into the window, happens quite often but don't usually knock themselves senseless. Can't just leave her there as either the girls (Suzy in particular) or magpies would get her. Picked her up and sat her on my hand for about 15 mins while she gathered her wits before flying off.
