Default why is this advertiser always saying!!!

I have noticed again this advertiser always says

" the previous owner was an elderly gentleman who misplaced the service details and V5" based in Huddersfield.

Is this trader well known by the club? noticed this before twice now, either they are very good at finding these things or no so good as the case may be?

I like the bit about it being the Top of the Range Rover 75 Club SE.

Obviously he hasn't heard of Connoisseur SE spec then.

That looks a very tidy car from the pics (I've not looked at MOT history etc). I'd investigate it further if I was in the market for another. However, the timing-belts probably need doing on an age basis even though it's low mileage, so that would need to be factored in.

The new log book no longer shows the name and address of the previous keeper.

Data protection I suspect!

What about buyer protection? Data protection often protects the wrong people.
