Grab handles

Are the roof grab handles universal fitting or are they shaped to fit over each door? Are they readily available or another 'rare' item?

Being a 75 driver i never noticed them, you'll have to wait till a ZT driver comes along as there the ones that need to hold on going round corners

The front Passengers and Drivers can swap round but the rears cant,

I sold a few on ebay for £10 each, (Fronts)

Yep and they need to bolted through the roof
