I made a chicken & lentil soup from the leftovers of last nights roast chicken with crusty bread, It's going down well on a day like today

Thats unlucky its been sunny all day getting really cold now gritting lorries just gone past expecting frost tonight.

Good evening all,not been on here last couple of days. Lap top problems, had B.T.visit found Broadband speed O.K. so took lap top to local repair man who stated a few people had poor download speed after upgrading to windows 10. He 1st tried going back to windows 7,no difference,he then put in " his version of windows 10" problem solved.

Weather report,light rain all day.Food report she found another Turkey in freezer,so turkey and chips today.

Pukka Pie for tea tonight, accompanied by mashed taty, peas and sweet potato - plus a drop of extra gravy. Pud? - home-made chocolate cake with blackcurrant jam filling, covered in chocolate custard. Off to have a horizontal watch of the football on BBC tonight.
