Car vibration

Hi to all, some advice needed please, noticed car has a vibration when she hits 2000rpm, in any gear so after reading the threads on here I changed the lower engine mount, the one on the drivers side and still the same problem rear view mirror vibrates along with drivers side door card! Took it to local garage they double checked all linkages and any parts that could be loose, all are fine, but they did say it could be the top engine mount, if so where can I get one. Car is a MGZT 03 plate diesel any guidance or pointers would be great.

Did you trying locking the doors? worked for me.

I'm sure it as nothing to do with the door, it just seems vibration is coming from drivers side soon as she it's 2000rpm, then all is normal when it passes this rpm?
