Went for a cruise around some beautiful Herefordshire country lanes before stopping off for an ice cream on the way home

Started the clean up of my latest save 2004 ZT 2.0 cdti apparently a phoenix 4 car.

It has to be the dirtiest car I have ever bought it was caked with mud up to the windows which took 3 washes to look half way presentable and the inside looked like it was used as a stable, (what is it with horse people that they always treat everything so badly and in my experience smell bad as well!) Spent 7 hours on Wednesday on the mechanicals (that's Andy) and another 7 hours yesterday on the interior clean up and Im about to start on the interior again.

There is a nice car under all the crud.

I broke down and had to be towed in by the RAC. Replaced fuse and started. Then blew again. T4 shows possible fault with oxygen sensor. Went through deep flood yesterday so I think it's water in lambada sensor. Now going to investigate and buy lots of fuses.

Hi all,
Found the other day my lower coolant pipe ******* when engine on. Found through this forum a company that sells the stainlees steel version that was much cheaper than Rimmers and has saved me a bundle!
Booked the car in for last Monday an in and out job from my mechanic, now the car is running as it should for now lol.
