Hi,
Just to add to the mix. I am kitting out a new garage, looking at an SJR 4 post lift, 2.5m wide (lots of positive reviews on pistonheads) with room next to it for another car plus a rubber stud type flooring :https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Metal-Eff...r=413015354470 |

I used those interlocking big dug ones in a black and white check pattern.
The only problem is the white which is actually a light grey ones have become a bit discoloured |

I spilled a litre of PVA glue on the floor of my old garage. As I was in a hurry to go somewhere, I just put some builders sand on it to dry it up. I for got about it and when I brushed the excess sand off, I was left with a great, non-slip waterproof surface over a couple of metres of floor! I was tempted to do the lot but never did. That piece of floor (which was in the entrance by the side door) remained good for all the time I was in the property.

I've read pva mixed with water then spread over concrete is a good sealant. Just have to be sure of best ratio.
