What is the realistic prospect of...
...reattaching the little white plastic arm to the rear of the exterior door handle without removing the glass and handle?
I accidentally flicked this off whilst changing the actuator on the front n/s door. I managed to get it back in place (surprising given the size of my arms and fingers) but I am not sure if it was in the correct attitude. Am I correct in thinking: 1. The hooked shaped section sits at the bottom 2. The crosspiece between the two little springs sits on the bridge where the hooked section meets the bit that clips into the rear of the handle? Many thanks Paul

I’d say you have no chance of doing it in situ, it’s a terrible job to get the little spring seated correctly with the handle off the car!

Thanks Trikey. I feared that was the case. I have an MOT on Monday. Life just doesn't get better...
