Still had just under 1/3 of a tank! I started to think the fuel tank sensor was broken, but it did start to go down approaching the midlands.

So if you have a sorted car.... thats the benchmark I'd be aiming for. Before anyone pipes up saying it was just IPK fantasy figures, the IPK was literally 100% accurate in this car. This was also in Summer, coming back from Croatia/Bosnia, so the temps were warm. You'd never achieve this in the cold.
Actually I think that may be possible - I'm guessing you never really troubled 2000rpm anywhere on that drive? The only heavy cars I've driven that have got anywhere close to 60mpg where ones with 6 gears and then only when you were limited to about 50mph by the traffic on motorways and so never rose above 2000rpm. When you were having fun it shot down to about 38 mind you

Life is too short to worry about MPG

Thats just what I was thinking, been a while since I've retro fitted anything, wouldn't mind doing this one too

Would imagine they are ultra rare though.

My ZT-T has one, not that I've used it. Bet it'd be a massive pain to take it all out though!

Smile Dvd

My duotone tourer has a factory fitted dvd player fitted. It works with three sets of headphones it's still in perfect working order. I still have all the paperwork for it somewhere, keeps the grandchildren quiet on long journeys.

Default DVD player - factory fitted

Here's a facelift 75 tourer with the kit installed - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2004-Rover...MAAOSw241YlfiV

Default DVD player woes

My car has a factory fitted drop-down screen, but the DVD player (single disc) is on the front of the rear seat support (ie where the drinks holder would normally be). The screen powers up but the DVD player is completely dead - nothing works, not the power button, the eject or anything. Anyone got the same fit and able to shed any light please?

I have a virtually complete system in my garage that I removed from a saloon a few months ago.
