Default Collection update.

Just going through my things and updated the collection a little bit.

That the Main dealer probe book was the most expensive thing I ever bought collectables wise.
£70 imported from the US.

Its got everything all the mechanics electrics the lot.
Much more in depth then the Haynes manuals.

I started to collect models of the cars I've had but to make it more challenging I'd do it in order and in the right colours. Sadly I've only got as far as my yellow A35. Still looking for a blue and white Herald.

Doing better with the bike magazines, lots (especially if you ask the missus) of Mags from 1935 on featuring Ariel adverts on the cover 😀

Finally got every single one of them now.

the three white books are the training modules for the probe and even questions and answers as well many of the new mechanics must have been starting when these coming out so they made them, The other one are workshop manuals puts the Haynes manual too shame in regards too information.

Got around 600 Mini models, (had around 1000 but sold a load off last year), and around 150 brochures and press photos. Here's a small selection

Fantastic collection, I've always been an original mini enthusiast, had several back in the day and used to campaign a Maguire mini in hill climb.. My prized possession is a signed copy of A series tuning by 'Clive Tricky', a real guru in his day.
Plan to own another very soon and so have been collecting various special parts over the years that I intend to go into the build.
Among the parts are an original and un-used RC40 exhaust, Original and brand new set of Group 4 alloy arch extensions, a new 'boxed' set of 5x10 Mamba alloy wheels, a full 'safety devices' roll cage, a brand new 1275 short engine with carillo rods, EN40 steel crank and omega forged pistons, and my prized possession ... an original (not a copy) Arden 8 port head complete with valves etc:.
Hopefully i'll be able to get it all started this year.
