Morning all, having a bit of time at home today, van has gone back to the diesel specialist for further tests, to try and determine the cause of the white smoke in the morning, and the awful diesel/exhaust fumes smell. It’s unpleasant being in the van just now, the smell is very strong, makes my eyes sting. Last night I felt like I was swimming in diesel, even after a bath, all I could smell was that.

If it’s that bad Richard demand they repair it, if you are breathing in atomised diesel it will be harming you.

I know mate, but need to have something to throw at the dealer first. A member of the forum, who is clued up on consumer rights and legalities, has offered to help me if I need to claim via the consumer rights act.
