Evening all,

Good job the carpets have gone as I have done a pretty good job of painting the floor

Hopefully the bathroom will be finished tomorrow.....can't say I'm going to miss the pampas grass suite

Will be probably moving out completely next week and then will be able to decorate the lounge and bedroom and get all the flooring replaced.

Bit of gardening then to tidy up and jobs a good 'un

Shame I won't get much time to enjoy it as it's all in aid of getting the place ready to sell.

I washed & polished the Niro today & noticed some scuffs & scraps on all four corners by SWMBO

Good early morning to all of you who are also awake at this unearthly hour.
Yup - I'm on the daft o'clock school run this morning morning - one grandson to kick out for 7.50am so he can wend his way to school and one granddaughter to accompany to school for 8.50am.
Nice clear morning, but still dark and it feels a tad chilly out there, so the Autumn weight fleeces have now been promoted to the front of the wardrobe

Ros and I have two properties a few hundred yards apart.
Selling my one and moving in to hers so that when the time comes to move out of Clacton we only have the one property to sell
