Went for a nice permission visit to RAF Neatishead courtesy of Freddie

Deb, Gary & Lydia came along too, such an interesting place, you get an idea into your head about 'secret nuclear bunker' But until you actually get inside, you really have no idea just how immense these places are.

Second from last photo of three concrete blocks was the generating room
on these sat three V12 Merlin engines.



While out side two different engines.

Myself and Lydia had a fantastic weekend. Nice to meet some more forum members.
Only one downside, using £85 of fuel

On YouTube i follow IKS Exploration and got a shock when Chris, one of the lads off the channel was there also .

I will have a look mate, although I'm not keen on exploring videos, most of these you tube explorers over hype things too much for my liking.

I prefer a good photograph, it says so much more.
