WAKEY WAKEY - if I have to be not only awake, but out of bed too - then I don't see why you other inhabitants shouldn't be
Yet again, the week of the daft o'clock school run has come round - but at least it's dry and quite mild out there, so at least the walk should be pleasant.
Once I get home around 9.30am, it's off to the hairdressers for a short back and sides and a coat of Mr Sheen on top.

It was a good weekend for them - overtook my lot who don't seem to know how to score goals

Morning . . . . I think! Had a hellish night, tossed and turned for hours, finally fell asleep but only for a couple of hours, woke up the back of four and never got to sleep again. Shattered!

Good morning all, good morning Steve. What is the matter, are you worried about something, could it be the meds? Amphetamines, tea/coffee are known for keeping people awake. This morning at 02:30 I did the birthday wishes, I could not sleep thinking about the house move and trying to find somewhere to store my front bumper. I am going to Bristol on Thursday to pick up the keys blah blah

I guess I am lucky, I haven’t slept properly for the past 5 weeks and try not to worry about it. The one exception, driving and being alert.
Take care

Hi Phil, nothing on my mind but disturbed sleep is something that can follow a cardiac "incident", I'm on metformin which can cause it as well. What doesn't help is I start getting frustrated because I can't sleep! I don't get it constantly, now and then. As for tea and coffee, I rarely have them after 7-8pm, cup of milk before bed.

It must be catching! I feel shattered, I've had a lousy nights sleep too but that's to do with the back issue, I finished day three of the colon cancer test kit and mailed it off this morning, the postbox/post office is 500 yards from me but I had to take the car I cant walk any distance at all yet.
