You will probably end up changing the piston sealing rings and the dust covers.--I had a problem a long time ago with a sticking piston. I made a small hole in the thin rubber dust cover and put the thin tube on the tin of WD 40 I had and squirted some in onto the piston. To my amazement it worked immediately and was still working weeks later when I got round to replacing the parts.----

I had though---What the heck it can't get any worse----
