Bright sunny and quite warm this morning, but like Andy said earlier, forecast to be back to winter for the weekend and next week. Typical b h weekend and typical that I’m not taking a holiday next week, had plans for the week but looks like they will go by the wayside.

As most of you in here know I have had issues with my mental health for several months and although I am loads better and feeling ok,I still can’t say I’m over it. I still feel like there is a smouldering pit deep inside that could erupt again if ignited. The medication is still there for me if I need it but I have reduced it considerably ,I’m down to one every 3-4 days now.;

Morning all.
Sorry, been missing inaction for the last few days. This babysitting lark is the the young and fit . Safely back home for some rest . Glorious up North yesterday so took Quizzie on a couple of hours walk before we headed off - left Oliver in the tender loving care of SWMBO . Left with one ball, came back with 3 and she had a wonderful ten minutes play in the river with a 20 week old spaniel. Slept very peacefully down the A1. She's due to meet up with her boyfriend Bertie in an hour or so and we're being joined by her "other" boyfriend (she's a floosie - she has several ), Zamba. He's off to Guide Dog school next week - we all wish him well but will miss him so much. For once, no big queue at the A1/M18 slip road/roundabout but judging by the skid marks there's been some close calls there recently. And the usual, random, 60/50/40 speed limits for no reason whatsoever. Thin high cloud here with the sun trying to burn through. Due to just get better and better as the day goes on. Find something to smile about today and take care. |
