That’s so inconsiderate of him. He never even gave it a thought that if he broke his arm, it would result in you having to cover his shifts. Disgusting

The day went from bad to worse. Cold then colder with a steady drizzle. Still drizzling. Supposed to be dry but no warmer tomorrow.

Sleeping time, other half is dayshisft tomorrow so God awful 5am rise I'll go back to bed once she's away but won't get back into a meaningful sleep again.

And then I'll hold you in my dreams

That’s what I thought too, soft southerner that he is.

Cool

Morning everyone.

Overcast this morning.

And we enter another day of “mission impossible”, trying to get a doctors appointment.

Well like Rod, our weather has taken a downward turn. It turned very cloudy last night about 5:30 and it’s still cloudy and cool this morning, slightly warmer tomorrow and the weekend but snow/sleet showers forecast for Monday.

Congratulations Ian.

That's some serious sentence - any sign of parole .

All the best to you both.

Are those the "by invitation only" on "special" weekends where certain rituals are carried out ?

If so, do tell - never been invited myself

Morning all.

No space station sightings for us. Thick cloud cover and definitely cooler at about 8 degrees.

Lovely day yesterday though. Quizzie met up with Bertie & Zamba and Bertie's mum brought Clover too (she was Clover's puppy walker and Clover now lives less than a mile away).

Clover is another withdrawn Guide Dog puppy (the failure was because of a monumental mess up by Guide Dogs - they changed the training methods between her basic & advanced training and then wondered why she was not progressing ). She's 4 weeks younger than Quizzie so they’ve known each other a long time and behave exactly as you'd expect .

Dug out the compost in the afternoon - now regretting it as various bits of me don't want to move without pain......

Take care
