White Smiley?
Here in Portugal the rear number plate has to be on a white background...
Does anyone know if a UK manufacturer does a White Smiley for my ex-UK ZT-T ? I can't find one... Cheers, Martin in Central Portugal |

Mine have similar spacing to yours so I have a set of rectangular legal plates which I blue tack on just for the MOT and then they go back in the shed until the next year.

Well,,my plates have come and there smashing I changed the slogan to show the club web address which I thought was more appropriate than some other nonsense!!
Everything as it should be except I am going to have to reshape the sides on the rear plate!! They have produced them with a 'straight edge' as per Tammyboy's plates above!!!! and,,,,,, ,,,,,As you all know there is not one straight line on a Rover 75 so this just wont do!! A 'smiley' is a 'smiley' and not a cheesy grin!! I thought this would be the case so I decided not to have a black border which would have followed the straight sides and looked perculiar after re-shaping. Just waiting on my paperwork (MOT, Tax Disc) to return so i can mount them!!

I think that only applies to new style registrations, AFAIK older ones don't need this however my private plates don't have the postcode and I've never had a problem even when they've been on newer cars.
