Default Load Cover Jammed

Left fitting jammed with button down and can't remove it. Happen to anyone else?

Regretfully... Yes.
'Centre' the assembly and try again,
Failing this, I use a slim wide blade, I use a paint scraper,
insert it in at the lowest point below the end of the Carrier,
push the blade in to release the 'cam' and the Carrier will spring free...
