I think its a case of "they all do that", sprayed mine with silicone grease after fitting Tazu mk1 master cylinder, seemed less creaky for a bit (might have been placebo effect). Now its creaky again and i just get on with it

Have to agree, although, someone mentioned recently, that if you slacken the bolts holding the pedal plate to the bulkhead & fit some sort of washer between, it stops any movement, clicking, worth a bash

Mine began squeaking years ago so I gave the pedal pivots and push-rod a spray of silicon grease, which fixed it, until a few months ago. I then swapped it to the billet TAZU and the squeak stopped, then restarted last week, but intermittently. I'll give it another spray when I get a roundtuit.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

I found on one of my old 75s it was the pedal box itself creaking, due to the heavy clutch and thus load on the Master cylinder.
