Smile Rover 75 Headlamps - Glass or Plastic??

I need to clean my headlamps on my 2005 Rover 75 CDTi. Maybe a silly question, but are these glass or plastic? If plastic I don't want to dull them. ED.

Personally speaking I found the 3m kit could do with a few more discs

A battery drill is the best as its not too fast and use plenty of water ..
