Default Wax oiled

Car going in tomorrow and having the underside treated and wax oiled, and that should be it for the winter.

Curious to know exactly what you get for your £300 - what "treatment" do they give the underside before the waxoil spray? Reason I'm asking is that a steam clean followed by waxoil treatment (next day when dry) for my 75 cost me £90 and an annual check/top-up will cost about £25.

Was the £90 for treatment by a professional?

If so, what did they do and who did the work? A few trips to Norwich many be on the plan...

I would have expected a cost nearer £300 for a job properly done.

I was told they take the wheels off, mask around the lower body, clean the under neath of all lose particles, and spray with Waxoil. Got it back an hour ago it actually cost £280, it's looking pretty damn good under there, money well spent. Oh! They also as requested took the jacking pads off and injected the sills.
