I went LED with mine. Perfectly legal, and they don't suffer from degradation of the orange coating.

If you're going down the LED route remember you need canbus friendly ones.

And pay the money for decent ones otherwise they don't last long.

If you're not wanting to go down the LED route I can suggest these:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005OK4PR0 Fitted to mine in November 2018 so can't vouch for bulb life yet but they seem good bulbs. Obviously not as white as LED's or HID's but then you'll never get that with this type of bulb anyway. Decent enough though. Last edited by Gigagator; 13th February 2019 at 12:10.. |

I've got a pair of these fitted for any led bulbs. Works well.

The ones in my ZT-T, purchased new in 2006 (built 2005) now 60,500 miles on the clock - neither has needed to be replaced Lucky I guess...

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ring-Prem...-/322538545617 BUT.......tried to fit them in my ZTT and they’re slightly too long to get the angle required to push them into the hole I’m thinking they will go in with the headlamp removed......bit of a faff but, if they last for years, it’s something I will do. Just using our FL2 as a test mule
