![]() quick release clutch pipe, more like chinese puzzle release.
The one on my car is made of brass and looks like a 20mm cartridge case with black plastic pipes at each end. The Haynes manual says use a small screwdriver or v - shaped tool.. No pictures, where exactly would you apply such a screwdriver. Needlees to say HELP..... how do you open the crazy thing? :xmas-smiley-013: |

![]() I believe it's one of those counter-intuitive systems. You push something in while pulling it apart. Same principle as those solderless, push-fit plumbing joints - if you know what I mean.

Spot on there tcut....push the two sides together at the same time squeeze the little ring thingy and bingo...it pops open...no spills either as it locks the fluid in. Joe...I changed my own cluthc on the driveway at home...are you doing your own too?
