Front wheel arch bulb access panels
The Freelander ones are identical.
Rover 75 part numbers: Left - CLG000030A Right - CLG000020A Freelander: Left - CLA000030 Right - CLG000020 Note the twist fasteners are separate: Fastener - CZM100050 Metal clip - KZM000040

Not sure if this is really referring to 'interchangeable' but are the rear lamp cluster seals on the 2002 Connoisseur Tourer / Estate the same as used on the saloon? I can find supplies of saloon versions but none stating they fit the estate models...
