I've never seen it in shops. I get mine ready cooked in cafes or my local chippy, so it might be a catering trade thing.

mr cat spam is spam , wether oblong or round it's spam .

Plumrose is nice but frankly so is SWAN so go get some !!! Grill it both sides and tuck in .

I don't ..... I never have it more than once a day.

In reality I've been down to about twice a month for almost a year now following my job change but it used to be four or five times a week for quite a while before that. The thing is I don't eat a lot else and I seldom drink alcohol, which is the worst thing for ones figure.
