Morning Bob & Andy - that's a cracking sunrise you've got down there in deepest East Anglia.
Off to the doctors' this morning for the annual blood letting known as Diabetes Review - I wonder if the red wine has any effect on the tests

Morning Andy, Bob and Rod

Rod drinking a bottle of red every day is supposed to be good for the heart no matter you will be okay and prudent going to the clinic.

Builders are here working on the new repairs etc. The walls are up, windows and most of the doors are in. Today it’s roof insulation and roofing. 28C pleasantly warm.

Default Rioting in the Netherlands

Just reading this..
"There was violence in the southern city of Den Bosch, where rioters set off fireworks, broke windows, looted a supermarket and overturned cars.

A woman living near the train station told Dutch radio that masked youths had left a trail of destruction in the city centre. "I saw windows smashed and fireworks going off. Really crazy, just like a war zone," the woman said. Roads into the city were closed to stop people joining the rioters.
"
it seems such a shame for this lovely old city to suffer..
Some of you will remember sitting by the river in Den Bosch with coffee and cake a year or so ago when we visited the Netherlands.

If you come here Rod, in the house it’s normal for 70F, but in the bedroom we don’t go any higher than 69, which I suspect you’d like
