Default Black drivers door finisher

I need a drivers door black finisher, the bit which goes along the rear vertical edge of the door and covers the b pillar. I note that SMC have the three others available, but not the drivers one. Can anyone help, mine has some rust bubbles coming through from behind.

They are plastic, can you not remove, sort out rust and replace? If scratched a vigorous T cutting will make like new Dave

Actually I reckon Piano Black would look the business.
