Default Heater Mod

Is there a incar heater mod that will make the heater blow hotter in a CDTI car?

Providing the t/stat is OK, blend flaps work and the matrix is clear then you should have no problem getting heat from the original set up, what is the problem?

Have you got the in-line thermostat mod? If the heater matrix is not silted up, The mod will bring back the heating.

Does it have Climate Control?

I notice the heat with CC is perfect, but you can never become over whelmed by heat as you can on cars without CC.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Might just be a clogged up heater matrix that needs internal cleaning.

You don't say but is the heat output poor ???

Where does the temperature gauge needle settle once the engine has warmed up ??

All valid answers guys, you need a working t/stat, an unblocked matrix, and preferably a FBH to get the max heat out of a diesels cabin heater.
