Black Oak switch panel
Have been after a 5 hole for mine for ages. Gave up in the end and took a dremel to a blank one. If you take your time and are careful, not a bad result. BUT, make sure you don't make the holes too big. My blank had a faint witness on the back so I could see where the holes needed to be. All the best, JB
