Default rover 75 dde ecu

hi to all
when you use the t4 to replace the diesel dde ecu for a new ecu can the original ecu be kept as a spare or is the ecu wiped clean by the t4

Yes you can use the original DDE, but you may have to re-match the immobiliser, which is straightforward with T4
