Default Pole Dancing - Is this art?

This is quite simply brilliant.

The power and skill is as good as any gymnast I have ever seen.

Brilliant to watch, and not for what you might think from the title.

(note to Mods - nothing unsuitable for the forum I'm sure you will agree)

At points she seems weightless and defying gravity.

Sister in law does this to keep fit (not in front of an audience)
She says its physically more demanding than any of the aerobics or other classes she has done.

Now now, it was actually on The Sun website but as the clip was edited I sought out the full version.

If your wife has been to see the chipendales (or similar) is this not the same form of art.

She must have amazing strength - especially the part where she seems to be stepping down - supporting herself with just her arms
