Pole Dancing - Is this art?
This is quite simply brilliant.
The power and skill is as good as any gymnast I have ever seen. Brilliant to watch, and not for what you might think from the title. (note to Mods - nothing unsuitable for the forum I'm sure you will agree) Derek

Sister in law does this to keep fit (not in front of an audience)
She says its physically more demanding than any of the aerobics or other classes she has done. |
