Quality. The upper body strength on display is huge, she does those moved with such grace.
Note the difference between the proper pole dancers (athletes) and fake breasted orange tarts who do this for the crack.

Not surprisingly Jenyne Butterfly is easily found on the web with a number of videos of her performances.

Well, I'm trying to watch the Man U game on Timeslip (Sky+) and its pretty dull so I thought I would do some research..
