Default Glass tailgate

The glass section on the tailgate randomly opens when the vehicle is unlocked, sometimes when driving which is not ideal. Any pointers as to the case of this?

It could be the wiring where it passes through the rubber gaiter into the body. Mine did that and I found the insulation worn through causing it to short periodically and unlatching.
