Been watching a documentary series about airplane incidents. I'm sure the 737 perhaps not this model was mentioned as having engine problems.
As they are one of the biggest manufacturers they are bound to have problems but flying is getting safer and safer as a general rule.

scary if your next flight happens to be in a 737
