Phil - Thanks for the link. Lots of fascinating and informative stuff on there. Glad to hear that your "blockage" has been resolved .

Take care everyone.
Thank you Andy

When you look at the Cocker Spaniels at the airports sniffing for explosives or illegal drugs, it shows how clever our four legged friends are. I found the comments about dogs for diabetics fascinating.

No problem Richard, in my book your comments were innocent and well meant.

We live in challenging times Richard where we could discuss religion, sexuality or politics but have managed to keep them out of the lounge. Over the years certain individuals would like to close down the chill out lounge. I didn’t want them to sit back and enjoy the firework’s of political talk gathering ammunition to close the chill out zone.

Otherwise I think we must come over as being mundane and boring.

Afternoon all, What a miserable wet day, It's never stopped raining since I got up this morning.

Cut down the last few stalks of rhubarb & sliced up the last few sweet peppers all for the freezer, I could do with another small freezer in the garage really as this one is stuffed with bell peppers & umpteen sealable bags of pasta sauce from the glut of tomatoes this Summer, All for cooking . I've taken a load of seed for next year from a sweet pepper called tangerine dream, They're small tangerine coloured small pointy peppers & they are absolutely bootiful, tiny bit of zing to them & very sweet . Rhubarb crumble from these Glaskin variety rhubarb I grew is so sweet.

Meatballs & spaghetti for tea using some of that bootiful tomato pasta sauce.

Just to say I am here . . . . suffering my usual post flu jab symptoms, headache, aches and pains. Learned my lesson though, "do you want one jab in each arm or both in one?", "I'll have both in one" (idiot!), ain't doing that again. Instead of having a bit of discomfort in each arm I've got good ole fashioned bl00dy pain in one, feels like they used a blunt nail! I'm not a great sleeper and every time I turned onto my left side during the night the pain in my arm woke me up. Been mainlining paracetamol all day.

Oh, phone battery arrived, shipped by Yodel so did well to get here!
