Default You diesel drivers are ruining the world

A bit in the Telegraph today reports research that the alarming drop in the beet population could be caused by nano particles in diesel exhaust messing pu the bee's navigation so they cannot find their way back to the hive so get lost and die.

Mobile phone, and ironically GPS microwaves are the cause of the malfunction of the Bee's internal navigation system. Oh, and a parasite that decimates bee populations.

Thumbs up

Maybe this is another scam to raise the tax on fuels just like they did for climate warming

I always thought diesels were much worse pollution wise than petrol, just that the focus on CO2 (not the only pollutant Cameron or is it Brown) and the improved fuel economy (thanks again Cameron or is it Brown) has made it inexplicably popular as everybody knows (Leonard Cohan) that people will choose the cheaper option in most cases no matter what the long term outcome (Darwin)

I used to like diesels but got fed up with noise of them and now have something much more eco friendly than a diesel (although some bees have been hurt)

Beware of being conned by politicians. Carbon dioxide is not a pollutant, green plants depend upon it for their existence and therefore so do we.
