Default Passenger front electric window

Hi,
Apologies if this has already been requested/posted.

I've noticed that my 2001 75's window goes down fairly well but although it goes up, it starts to slow down as it reaches complete closure. I have to press/hold the button about 3 to 4 times before it closes fully.

How can this problem be fixed, please, so that it goes up all the way, easily.
Thanks
