Between us we should be able to come up with some stunning stuff,I hope the members from Scotland & Wales are up for this as we all know they have some really stunning stuff to offer.

Cheers Guy's.

You are of course right John and thanks for putting it so nicely I am really looking forward to seeing more of your photos as you go through the winter, autumn and spring, recording everything. Thank you for sharing them with us.

Many thanks for all your kind words Guy's very much appreciated,I will continue with my Sunset theme, this time with four shot's taken at Whitehaven Harbour/Marina on the West Coast of Cumbria on a couple of evenings during the Summer of this Year

No's 1 3 4 taken in June, No 2 taken on an evening in May,note;the C 2 C sign to the bottom right, this is the starting point of the Coast to Coast cycle trail which many cyclists partake in,going from the West to the East Coast of England & of course vise-versa from the starting point on the East Coast, this sign thus becoming the finish line.

Best Regards.

John.

First pics of the New Year!whilst returning from the Weardale Railway Co Durham, with the Family Sun 28th Dec,they were running [The Polar Express]

We returned via Hartside from Alston, whilst on the top, couldn't resist stopping to take a few shot's,I think you will all know why! Sunset & Snow wey hey!& after being on the [Polar Express]this was the the cherry on the cake, our little Will kept saying we have finally made it to the North Pole, albeit by car & not train lol!

The first three shots were taken on the way to the summit.
The second three were taken from the Hartside Cafe carpark on the summit.

All the Best Everyone.

John.

Those are absolutely stunning John
I haven't been to the Hartside Café for many a long year - used to do a good fried breakfast there when we were on our way back from rallies out in the wilds.

Our first bit of snow has totally gone now, so waiting for a more substantial fall to arrive.

All the best for 2015 to Jan and you

Stunning John with plenty of atmosphere and drama. Not much snow in Kenya except on the mountains at high altitude. Sometimes no snow
