Default Passenger side front door doesn't unlock, but locks with key fob

Hi!

Today I'm facing a new issue with my Rover 75 (just as I fixed the previous one... this car can't just work for a few months, can it?).

The passenger side front door doesn't unlock using the key, but does lock.
The interior lock/unlock button doesn't do anything with it (no lock, no unlock).
All the other door locks work properly.

What's the issue with these usually? Is it likely that I have to get a complete new lock mechanism for that door, or are these usually an electrical problem (disconnected cable or such)?

I'm sure I can't get away from disassembling the whole door, guess I won't have a relaxing weekend this time neither. But that's the life of someone who loves generally unreliable cars, isn't it.
