Default How to remove the boot badge

How does the badge on the top of the boot on the early cars come off? Is it stck on? Can it be removed and reused?

I would expect it being like the front grill badge which is stuck on, at a guess it could be used if you were able to remove it without distorting it.

Two pins into the lid and glued iirc cancel that Ian, either dental floss or fishing line behind the badge. Found this thread btw

Thanks suzublu, looking at the instructions inn post 2 of the link it seems once removed they are not refitted and I assume are only removed to be thrown.
