Rear Seat need due to young hungry hound

Hello,
Wonder if anyone can help.
Young doggo of just under year old decided to do an escape act through the dog guard getting over to the rear seat and munch on the rear black leather seat in my contemporary tourer while we were visiting a sick elderly relative.
Long shot but does anyone have a rear seat both the base and upper so a complete rear seat as the lovable hound really has gone to town which youngsters tend to do.

Unfortunately the member suggested only had for a saloon so the search goes on.
