Default ZT 190 Water leak Oil filter area

Hi Everybody

I am just in the proscess of replacing the Thermostat Housing as i have as leak somewhere in that area so have ordered a full kit,I know it was replaced 2 yrs ago but something has failed again.I have the common water in the V.
But while i have the undertray removed i spotted what looks like a different leak and its wet on the part of the tray where the oil filter sits.
I have enclosed some pics of where it seems to be coming from it is dripping off the bottom bolt from what i can see,any ideas of what this could be please.
