Default Fading typhoon monogram zt cdti

Hi guys and ladies,i have a zt CDTI typhoon, and the paint work on the bonnet, roof and the boot, has faded and is patchy, and I'm not to sure what to do about it,i know the obvious thing to do would be to get it resprayed, but has anyone on here with the same colour and problem, tried any product, to try and get the colour back to how it should be, just a bit worried I might make the problem worse, by using anything abrasive, cheers all Ian

If it is only the clear coat that is fading and peeling, maybe the original typhoon base colour can be restored/preserved and the clear redone rather than a full respray.

Cheers,
Glenn
