Problem is finding the files, so I was hoping someone here might have them or know where to get them, really don't want to sell a faulty unit if it's possible to fix it.

Many thanks
I have the 444 upgrade but it needs to match your MCU Version.
My MCU is MTCB-KGL1-V2-09.
If yours is the same I can email files and pdf instructions.
Terry
I see later post you don't have same MCU so no use to you. Sorry.

That's not the case at all; Android version and MCU are completely independent of each other.

Then why did I have to send my MCU details to Navall before they would send update?

Because it suited Sean (the guy behind Navall that has since disappeared leaving several members owed money/products) to give the impression that Navall units were "special" and "unique on the market" and could only be updated via him because of their custom nature.

Nothing could be further from the truth - they're just mass produced Chinese units with a different startup image!

Nothing at the top of the screen works, can't pull down notifications or get to the apps menu
Doing my head in

Hi there !

Bought Navall 2 from Sean in 2014 and I've been suffering the very same problem since 4- 5 months ago.

I'm planning on selling it (I even have the replacement already) but I need to fix this issue first.

Have you solved it by upgrading/downgrading ROM or MCU? or did you follow the screen replacement route?

Thanks in advance,
Cheers
