Hello,
Sometimes i think "now i know which xenon bulb i must have" : H7, but in another Xenon story it must be D2S. The D2S is rather expensive, mostly more than 50 pounds for one bulb. It MUST be a D2S ? And by the way: headlight is dipped light(beam) because there is also : main beam............ Mixtuur |

Take a look at the back of your headlights if you have projector type. If the outer lamp on each side has a removable rubber cap (i.e. both dip and main beam have removable caps on the back of the lamp) then you have halogen projectors and need a halogen h7 bulb. If, on the other hand the dipped beam has the metal box bolted to the back (you need to remove the lamps to change the bulbs) then you need D2s for the dipped beam. If you have a separate ballast box not bolted to the back of the lamp then there is an aftermarket HID kit fitted and you'll need a h7 hid bulb. (please please, please no-one start on about the legalities of aftermarket hid kits in halogen projectors)

Thanks, the bulbs shall be D2S, is a Philips of 60 pound better than a much cheaper bulb of some unknown brand?
I've some more jobs more to do behind the bumper so i can also change the foglights perhaps also Xenon or Xenon like.....It is a shame that they hided the bulbs behind the bumper........... |
