Hi Alan. Wow. Respect. The Tourer that I borrowed your ball joint splitter for is still alive and well and it's new owner is very happy with her. I've had 2 more since then . The Wedgewood Blue one is currently up in the air awaiting a new front spring - fortunately it didn't destroy the tyre and my current daily is my BRG Tourer which is getting there - slowly . Look after yourself and take care. |

Morning everyone.
Cloudy and dry here at the moment. Due for showers later on. SWMBO is getting very enthusiastic for cracking on with the kitchen but there's some important jobs on the Tourer in prep for our trip up North for babysitting duties. You know, stuff like tyre pressures, fluid levels, screenwash etc. etc. I wonder if I can get away with a full wash and vacuum...... Take it easy and smile. |

Morning folks - the sun has re-appeared here, but it's still a touch on the cold side. Got most of today to myself, as SWMBO is off baby sitting to give our daughter a break whilst her husband is at work.
I'm not into mucky nappies, so I'll drop the missus off and come back home to enjoy some peace and quiet

Afternoon all, what a beautiful day now It feels really nice after weeks & weeks of grey cloudy wet weather.
I've been getting some chores done before all the decking boards arrive for next week. Wardrobe drawer bottom repaired with fresh sheet of UVPC instead of hardboard. The narrow passage between my garage & next door fence had rotted away so I had a spare sheet of that green steel roof profile stuff so cut a 6' x 2' out of it with the grinder & jobs a good un. I had to get the Rover out of the garage to get at the steel roofing sheet so I put a little fresh petrol in & went for a drive around the block, naughty but nice I'm up to date with my jobs now.

I get a row for not doing jobs I didn't even know I was supposed to. I don't recall telepathy being mentioned in the marriage vows.
