Well the forums are 1 month old today and we have 500 members.

Well done to everyone for making this a great place to hang out

Considering the very specialised nature of the forum, I think 500 members in the first month is a superb achievement.

Thanks to all for being a part of it - we are all greatly chuffed!!

A bit over a month ago as we were constructing this place it was like running through the empty corridors of a brand spanking new building ... now it is bustling and all nooks and crannies filled with great and interesting stuff for these great cars ... well done all!

We are now expecting the early rush to die down and perhaps 5 or 6 a week to join for the next month or so then dropping down again to a steady trickle of new members. What we have found very encouraging and helpful to us is the number who have subscribed which is well over one hundred. :lol:

Excellent - Is that 500 'paid-up' members? Can we shame any non paid-up members into dipping into their pockets?

Sadly not 500, no. Well over 100 though ... anyone who decides to subscribe on seeing this 'cos they haven't done so ... good on you!!

I have to say that I find it really surprising that 4 out 5 members have not felt it necessary to dip into their pockets

Its not a problem to us as we have never asked for £3 subscription and only give that option to members who want to help us pay for this forum and clubsite. If people want to use the forum as members but for one reason or another can't pay then thats fine, we came into this with our eyes wide open and will continue doing it for as long as we can. We intend to be around for quite sometime so you have no worries about us not being here. It just means that we will have to dig deeper past the toffee wrappers and bits of string :lol:

If on the other hand there are those out there that would like to help us the Paypal button is on the top of this page under the ZT logo :lol:
