I don't consider anything in the headline to be misleading.
May I ask why you look at the Guardian given your views about the perceived bias? You must believe that its content has value. I would have thought the Telegraph would be more inline with the bias I perceive in your posts on this matter.

All content is biased. That's personal opinion at its most variable and valuable. It is the only way, and surely essential, to gain a pragmatic and personal view. Invaluable.
If we only read what we agree with how can we validate an opinion, or even form one. Better one eye patch than a total blindfold.
